If you have an Auto Glass Claim ...

• For an auto glass claim to be covered under your policy, you must have purchased Comprehensive Coverage, Part 9, on your policy.
• Most companies have a direct line for auto glass claims. Eldredge & Lumpkin will assist you with this. The company representative will, however, want to speak directly with you.
• Most companies have preferred glass shops. You may choose your own but preferred shops are already in agreement with the company regarding payment scales and work quality.
