is a licensed insurance broker of 25+ years who retired from Eldredge & Lumpkin once. As the market grew difficult, we urged her to come back part-time. Now she has responsibility for rating policies and assisting with new business.

ANDREA DESOUSA
is a recent and welcomed addition to the E&L family. Born in Brazil, she has been a U.S. resident since 1987. At the company, she assists customer service representatives “with professionalism and sharp business manners” as well as a ready smile. Married with a young teen-age daughter, Andrea loves spending leisure hours at the beach.
